Return period and costs:
Please send your return within 40 days of receiving the products. Your package must be dropped off at the post office no later than the 40th day. Returns within and outside Germany are subject to a fee!

Return conditions:
1. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
2. The label must not have been removed.
3. The items must be in the original packaging.

Please note: If your return does not comply with our guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, we will inform you by email about the next steps!

Return shipping:
1. Pack the products carefully in the original packaging with all labels.
2. Include your order number on a piece of paper.
3. Find any shipping provider near you
4. Choose an insured shipping with tracking

    Refund instructions:
    As soon as the return has been checked and accepted, the amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days via the payment method originally used. You will automatically receive an email notification. To check whether your shipment has already arrived with us, please use the tracking number of your return.

    Exceptions:
    For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including items from the dog toys and lick mats categories.

    Exchange:
    To exchange a product, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original product according to the return policy as described above.

    Returns from non-EU countries:
    For returns from countries outside the EU, a customs declaration is required. This document accompanies parcel shipments from non-EU countries to an EU country. The sender must provide all relevant information on the form, including information on the contents, value of the goods, weight, and sender and recipient details. An invoice should also be enclosed.

    We recommend that you re-enclose the commercial invoice that FLUFFY DOG included with the package. Please contact the transport service provider directly to find out the exact process. We accept no liability for incorrectly sent deliveries or additional costs that arise due to incorrect shipping or incorrect customs clearance!
