SHIPMENT
All packages are insured and shipped in an environmentally friendly manner with DHL GoGreen. Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday within 24 hours.
With the tracking number that you receive by email, you can track the current location of your package in the DHL portal.
Delivery times:
(except Sundays and public holidays)
- Germany: 2-4 working days
- Austria: 3-4 working days
- Switzerland: 4-5 working days
During periods of high order volume or around holidays, delivery times may be longer. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the order together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
You can cancel your order within 40 days in accordance with our cancellation policy , with the exception of orders from Switzerland.

Miscellaneous:
If the delivery person is unable to find you in person, the package will be left with a neighbor or in a nearby post office/parcel shop. You have 7 working days to collect it. If the package is returned due to incorrect address details or non-collection, a processing fee will be charged: €10 for Germany, €15 for Austria and €20 for Switzerland.
Customs duties:
If you ship your order to Switzerland (NON-EU COUNTRY), fees such as customs clearance, import duties and other costs may apply at the borders of your country. According to legal regulations, we are obliged to declare the full paid value of shipments and can include an invoice upon request. Customs and import procedures are beyond our control, therefore FLUFFY DOG is NOT responsible for any possible additional costs or delays. Please note that all international customers are responsible for customs and import fees in their own country, the recipient country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
The digital content will be made available to you via a link sent to you by email. This email containing the access data for providing the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
